In this talk Matteo would like to share the journey he had in his organization and the day-to-day challenges that they faced. He'll cover (at high level) topics like the culture we established in 2019 and how it played a critical role to be successful during covid-19 times. He will cover as well best practices that we implemented during work from home times, what went well so far and the challenges we faced.
