Inga is a senior manager with more than 20 years experience in Banking industry. For the last 3 years she is leading Products and Channels development organization in SEB bank in Baltics. Her previous experience includes various positions within Finance, Treasury, PMO functions as well as Management Board member position in SEB Estonia.
Inga is passionate about people and how to make things work. Together with Birutė Beniušytė, Head of IT in SEB Baltics, she is leading Agile Transformation journey within Business Development and IT Development organization located in 3 countries.
